Short Courses Transcripts
To obtain a copy of your Pharmacoepi, PGCiLT, DTM&H or DTN transcript, please complete the Short Course Academic Transcript Request form and return it to [email protected]. Please ensure your payment has been made via epay prior to returning the form. There is an expected turnaround time of five working days.
Please note that the Short Course Transcript Request form is only for Short Course alumni and instructions for requests pertaining to MSc alumni can be found here. Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) transcript requests can be made by contacting [email protected].
If you studied with the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine by distance learning you should contact the University of London International Programmes office for further information.
Replacement certificates For information about obtaining a replacement certificate, please contact [email protected]. Those who have completed the PGCiLT should contact the University of London Diploma Production Office.
